TikTok offer for 300K TC. Bellevue office. New base is 175K, sign on is 25K. Worth it? Current TC 220, 2.5 YOE. By the way does Bellevue office have food?

Ok, so I would say no if you have a similar offer elsewhere. But if you choose this, you can get much more cash percentage and higher sign on. I got an offer and negotiated from 50k sign on to 100k. Turned it down but there is a lot of room Iโm sure.
why'd you turn it down?
Took an offer at Apple (still signed in on my old company. Will change accounts) Apple offer was 100k less but it has a better reputation, better position for me, stable, I get stock over Pre IOP stock, and donโt run the risk of 996.
