Phone screen feedback should be given within 1-2 business days after the phone interview.
I had feedback at the end of the recruiter screen and provided availability for 2nd round. Feedback for 2nd round (VC interview) took a week. Feedback after on-site took exactly one week.
Was the on-site feedback positive?
Yes, got an offer.
They are taking unusually long time. Checked back again, recruiter said still waiting for feedback!!

Same day once and after 2 days the other time, both positive. When did you have the interview?
3 days back. Dropped thank you note next day, recruiter responded back saying he will update once he has feedback.
2 days is the SLA i think, but sometimes things get dalayed. Hope you get a good news soon 🙂
