2 PCs both with type C capabilities + 2 Lenovo Thinkstation Monitors And this is the only solution to this crap? What it can do: 1.1 PC both screens 2. 2 PCs one screen each 3. Toggle between Where all you Tech folks at - suggestions? Solution’s?
Hmm, I mean it can do both screens for the PC you’re working on at the time, or even both with just one. And your KVM can toggle between either easily using all of your devices at the same time. What’s the problem 👀 Too bulky for your taste? I have 4 monitors and they’re all connected to both of my machines, so all I gotta do is switch input on both monitors, unplug my USB hub (connected devices) and then plug into the other machine. Takes about 10 seconds to do, no big switch like yours. That’s an option if your monitor and machines have enough ports for all of it.
Wayyyy to bulky what’s not pictured is the adapters connected to the PCs - this is horrible
Ohhhh shit, okay. I see what you mean then 😂
I'm sorry can you explain what I'm looking at / what you are trying to accomplish?
I got two PCs (work and personal) connected to two monitors sharing the same Keyboard and Mouse) this lets me click a button on that big ass adapter and switches the Monitors to the other PC as well as the keyboard and mouse. It also lets me split the monitors one screen for work another screen for personal - or I can do both screens work both screen personal - I’m asking for a better solution cuz the amount of wires and adapters to do this is ridiculous
Ahhhhh I see ok. So my solution to that for the keyboard side of things is a wireless keyboard like this: https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g915-tkl-wireless.html It has two modes of connectivity one is using their own proprietary connection method the other is Bluetooth so you can toggle between them computers using a button on the keyboard. On the mouse side of things I use a Mac track pad for work and just a wireless mouse for my PC. On the screen side of things you can just get a cheap switch that is either controlled by you physically pressing a button or one with a little remote.
Hey yeah I see that now I answered prematurely. Long day. Hope you can get it figured out.
No Worries all love!
I have a type C to HDMI adapter for like $9 at Walmart
This answered nothing.
