Saw all the negative reviews , how’s the SE team .What should I expect in the interview process (I was contacted by a director other thn receuiter ). What’s the pay range and levels and do they offer equity ?

Some big shots left the company. Growth has slowed down. I wouldn't join

The company doesn't have any respect for current/former employees. We are certainly receiving 5-6 resignation mails almost every week for the last 2-3 months. That too not newbies but senior members (3-9 years of experience)
