Review for remote first companies in India

There are already some threads at various places on Blind and LinkedIn listing permanent work from home companies in India. Couple weeks back, someone curated a master list of these companies in a sheet available here : https://airtable.com/shr0UmRIpI6nX9qi6/tblggGykJ8UJGeBGU/viwvTkpBC9eisSZ3e Since this list contains both small and big names, I was wondering if we can share reviews for as many companies present there. You can comment your views about any of those companies you have info about, I'll update it here. I am thinking of two criterias : pay and wlb. Third criteria can be learning/growth, feel free to mention about that too if you have info. For examples, for the ones I know : Coinbase : High pay. Poor wlb. Atlassian : High pay. Good wlb.
