The sad part is so many people are voting for dictatorship not because they want it, but because they know this is a proxy vote for Biden vs Trump. That's how far down the rabbit hole that they are. They want to give up their rights to "have their team win"

What a generation of uneducated people. It took a lot of sacrifice to get our system. We undervalue our democracy because we got it for free and never understood the sacrifices.
Democracy is an illusion. Democracy is also a form of dictatorship until the next elections. There's not much you can do once a leader is chosen and is incompetent. During the elections, you are forced to choose between bad choices.
