Hi Blind family, I'm quite new to this platform. I am in the process of relocating to CA and wanted to see if I can get a referral for a leadership role at KP . I am currently working as a Market Director (Regional Director) for a major hospital group in the Midwest and would prefer to make sure that I have a job before I finalize the relocation plans. Any help/guidance is appreciated. I have tried applying at the website and it's instant rejections as well as reached out to recruiters and some employees via LinkedIn but haven't had much help.
