is it possible to get into jane street from another hedge fund? I just search all linkedin. there is virtually no one get into jane street after working in two sigma, hudson river trading, jump trading, citadel. but there are many people who got into jane Street from Google, Facebook why

how are you dealing with non-compete? taking a year off?
We have a couple ex-Two Sigma folks. Don't personally know anyone from HRT or Citadel (aside from former interns at those places)
there are many jane street -> hudson river trading 4 current JS Fall interns were also HRT interns this past summer
