Weird Interview Experience with Zoominfo

Is ZoomInfo a good company? I had a weird experience interviewing with them. They are not really professional enough communicating the overall interview process and so much uncertainty on so many rounds of their interview process. After completion of 3 rounds they have shared a good feedback but later recruiter mentioned that they have found someone else already finished interviews and they wanted to proceed further. Hence, he mentioned they are dropping my interviews. I thought it’s okay as I could not complete all 7 rounds of interviews anyway, then I gave up on this company. After 2 week the recruiter again came back saying they really liked my profile and skills and wanted my availability to finish remaining interviews further. I have cleared some of my existing schedule and provided few slots required. Then the recruiter again came back saying “they wanted to interview someone whose skills matches their requirement fully and do not want to interview further as they mentioned I do not have certain skill in their whole bunch of skills listed”… This has been one of the worst interview experience I have ever had, if they are uncertain about candidates profiles why do they even select and interview them. In addition waste lot of their time and efforts. I am feeling extremely bad about this whole experience. I feel whether a company hires a resource or not but they need to respect peoples time and efforts. Sometimes it also mentally disturbs…. Anyone got interviewed with this company and how’s your experience? I certainly feel this company needs some basic professional ethics.
