Please share thoughts on offer. is it worth moving? I like my current team, but looks like intel isn't going to improve for a couple more years at least. True, but the whole reason im thinking of moving is stability, FAANG just don't seem serious about HW
What is your special in HW. Apple nvidia are hiring tons of people still now. Try there interviews are hard but not impossible. Boston is a big HW hub.I am in physical design and I see so many positions in apple nvidia. Are you a GC or in h1b

I like my role, but I think with reorgs happening, and continuing trend, future seems uncertain
I wouldn't move to Marvell for stability... They laid off bunch of folks a few months back...It won't be very different from Intel...

Then it basically comes down to which team u like and what do you think ur teams or groups revenue is tracking towards.. i would pass if my team is good and i foresee no cpm for my group for 2 yrs
Typical low end Marvell offer, push for atleast 200k RSUs and 175k base.
