Interview Suggestions please

I have a 4.5 years of experience, currently working as an sde 3 (L level) at expedia group. I am targeting to shift in next 6 months and aiming for 250-300k (Austin location) in TC but would like to know the current dynamics what should I start preparing for with this level. Like just need some guidance whether the below will be sufficient 1) leetcode - medium level 2) Good system design knowledge 3) behavioral - well, I know this comes by experience Also with this experience, does it make sense to grind more on leetcode or get my system design skills brushed up? Appreciate even if you can suggest good companies that I can apply for with this TC level in Austin area :) Current TC: 170k in Austin
