Has anybody worked for Esri or works there? I would like to ask some questions.
I do, please feel free to DM me.
I worked at Esri for 9 years and left recently. Ask me anything.
How was the WLB for you?
Worked at ESRI, very flat organization. Below market compensation. Filled with dead weight. Good wlb. No room to advance. Lots of internal politics with no leadership support. A career dead end in my opinion. Interview process: worst I have ever seen. A complete full day 9-5. Including getting technical questions during your "peer" lunch. Built in "overtime" which usually means your comp offers are quoted at a 45-50 hour work week (but when you do the math the offers are still below market). Anybody talented at ESRI that I met moved on to bigger and better things at FAANG

Its truly heartbreaking, I can’t work. I can’t focus, isn’t there anyone who can convince Israel to stop Raffah invasion
There is someone & he's a nice guy.
Lol. Can he add me on LinkedIn or vice versa? 😅 I was planning on applying there and wanted to know a bit more about the interview process
Maybe you can ask him that if he responds here.
