Charles Schwab account on a visa
Does anyone hold a Charles Schwab brokerage account while on H-1B/visa? If so, what are the requirements to open? Any issues with account opening or maintenance? I can’t seem to find this online. #investments #personalfinance TIA! TC - 275k

The brokerage does not charge fee till the time you self manage your account. They will charge you commision/fee if you call them to place a trade
I have account with CS on H1-B and have had no issues.
FB employees default equity account is Schwab. And FB has quite a few employees on H1-B. Should be no problem.
