I'm currently in the interview process with Meta and Microsoft. I'm an AVP at Barclays with 15 years of experience. My current total compensation is 84k, but I'm in Manchester. Considering a move to London for both Meta and Microsoft, with hybrid working, I'm unsure what salary range to expect given the anticipated increase in living costs. Any insights?
yea the TC difference is very sizeable from US to anywhere else
google "cost of living" then the first link will be numbeo.com make your own COL comparison and don't move to London if you would not be happy with the offer.

Levels.fyi
I've noticed a notable difference in salary despite having the same years of experience when consulting levels.fyi. However, I'm observing a base salary of 90-100k and around 50k in stock. Is this correct?
That’s absolutely not correct. New grads get £90-120k TC.
