RBC Manager TC Toronto

I am aware that Big 5 Canadian banks offer sub par TCs in Tech. What is the highest RBC will go for Manager in Technology and Operations in Toronto?Specifically for a niche skill set YoE : 10 TC: 115k

I recently got an offer from one of the big 5 for senior Developer role for 150k CAD. I would think a manager should be around 15% higher, so my expectation would be around 170k CAD.

No problem. It it is base 120k 3% equity 15% bonus and 6% retirement

Consider it a trade off rather than subpar. At some tech companies you might be working 50+ hours. At the big banks that is rare unless you are in capital markets. They push more WLB and are more stable in terms of job security.
