How does apple notify you of a rejection after onsite? Does the recruiter send out a rejection email after a certain period of time (like within 4 days or after a week), without you sending a follow up email? Or do they ghost you completely and never reply to your follow up emails? I had an onsite interview 5 days ago and didn’t recieve any response yet. It will be a week this Monday and I am not sure what to expect or if sending a follow up email would help in any way. #career #tech #onsite
My recruiter called me up 3 days after my onsite(she was very responsive through out the process). I interviewed with the Siri team.
What was the result?
Apple has a shitty recruitment process. They interview people for a specific position for which they receive 100s of applications. Even if you do well, they will keep you in limbo for weeks till they interview all. Don’t waste time interviewing for Apple unless you have lots of time and patience!
As a rule of thumb, if you don’t get a callback/reply within 72 hours of the interview at Apple, it’s safe to assume you didn’t get it. Of course the timeline is probably much stretched in these times but the general idea remains the same.
Hey OP, did you get the offer ?
For me its more than month..initially recruiter said he got positive feedback and get bak to me..then he ghosted
Recruiter called back after a month and said he got positive feedback?
