Laid off from VMware

Got laid off some days back from Vmware due to aquisition. Looking for any referrals for SDE or new data science positions that I can get. Thank you in advance! Also looking for advice on how to navigate visa stuff. I am on H1B and dont have PERM approved. My spouse is on H-1B as well with perm not approved.
