JLR 57 K GBP UK vs Current Org 48 LPA

Hi Folks , Please help me to decide , I got offer from Jaguar land rover with 57K GBP / per year with same position , while my current company paying me 48 LPA INR (with stock and bonus ) with 10 YOE. Is it better to move UK or stay in India. #salarycomparison #salary
