Only happens in Goldman 🤣🤣 ex Goldman here. My manager used to say these four things often - never work after 6pm, never work on weekends, take your entitled leaves always, we will have to bring the deadline forward. You get the point.
Idk man. You'll get relatively worse perf ratings and hikes/bonus/refreshers, if your deadlines get shifted multiple times.
