Anyone done it before? Left at 62, E6 at Meta now want to boomerang back at 66 or 67 only been a year or so (will be more when hiring freeze is over). At Microsoft was top performer (180% rewards). TC: 500k #microsoft

Lol either 62 was *very* wrong, or e6 was *very* wrong. I agree with others, highly doubt MSFT would somehow jump you from sde2 to principal, but you could probably use this e6 as leverage anywhere else, just not Microsoft. Then a few years later if you want to rest and vest, Microsoft will take you at a higher level. But just not after 1 year after sde2.
Yeah I'm actually wondering how OP made the jump straight from MSFT 62 to Meta E6 at 500k TC.
