40L Package for Single Female in India ?
Hi Blind users, Is it a good offer ? No Bonus or RSU. Just the base salary. Is it good enough for present day India ? Location - Banglore/ Delhi NCR. YOE - 3 Role - SDET Please share you opinion if it is sustainable and good enough to maintain a good lifestyle like own a 2bedroom flat , a car and may be travel. Is this package good enough for a female to be fiercely independent in India which has grown and developed and become more expensive! 🤦🏻♀️
Dont want to think thats being single female has anything to do with it. Apart from that its good and bad both. Rsu helps make you create good wealth. You may get some may be after working there for sometime.
Single means one household salary. Had to mention Gender, because after all we are discussing India.

You can get 2bhk apartment for 25 to 30k inr in good locality.
40l good enough to live decent most of. Families in cities like hyd, Blr, ncr survive with 20lpa. Other part base 40lpa is good for sdet with 3 yr Yoe. Your expense will be approx around 40k - 1lpm depending upon you lifestyle. It would be better of you give some insight about how is your expenditure in current country.
