Has anyone recently interviewed for an M3 Senior Manager position at Oracle OCI? I'm trying to get an idea of how long it typically takes to provide a decision after the final round. Any insights would be appreciated! The process started with two initial technical screens by two IC4's and a discussion with the hiring manager. Last week, I finished a loop of six interviews, including meetings with Directors and Senior Directors. #engineering #software #swe #oracle #OCI
Curious, if Oracle gives a pay bump from Amazon?
I have no idea, I'm just waiting on the decision. If I get an offer then I will post the details. I haven't seen any posts about OCI M3 offers also on blind recently
Most likely offer delay as the entire org is waiting on RSU approvals for new hires. Without that they won’t be able to release offer letter. Is this for Seattle, austin or bay My spouse is a sr director there and seems like rsu budgets are exhausted for the year

The technical screens were leetcode easy or medium? Or these were not coding? Also, could please share the split of each of six loop interviews in terms of their scope? Thanks a lot!
LC Medium and System Design in both rounds. Coming to the loop, it was mostly about Strategy, Decision-Making, Mentorship, Leadership, and very situational questions. I hope that helps!!
