Hello, I am looking for real time reviews from someone who is working with MARS preferably in analytics department. How is the work culture and growth for someone with mid senior level.
I work in Mars US. It is one of the most stable company in the world. Being a private company, layoff is almost non existent. If you want work - life balance, Mars is second to none. Career growth varies from department to department and individual skill. Hope it helps!
I believe the pay should be low then?
Not really. Obviously, TC is not outrageous like in Tech companies. As long as you don't live in high living cost states like NY or California, their pay structure is generally great!
