Do Starbucks folks have free Starbucks at office?
They sell coffees what the the transformative job role that requires in person? Serious question
Starbucks revenue makers (the baristas) are going to work every day.
The revenue makers are on internal social media telling leadership to leave them out of it when it comes to rto discussions for office workers, they want good support not to be used as pawns for executives that don't know how to live/work in the modern world
That's your preferred version of the story. Show up to work or quit to find another 100% remote job if that's what you want. Jeez this is a free market.
Good, fuck rto
AMD - how is your RTO coming along? are you in the Markham office?
Nope. Rto for us isn't mandatory. It's up to your manager. I'm nearly full remote still as my manager is in Texas and I'm in Colorado and he doesn't care if I go to the office
