i am interviewing at Rover.com, but struggling with the compensation part of it as it is only base plus equity. Tryijg to figure out if the equity is worth leaving a larger comp package. can someone fill me on on the equity piece? what is the current valuation? current strike price? what is the typical amount of shares you have the option to purchase? do you get additional options every year? #compensation #rover
Ask your recruiter.
They can’t tell you all that until you get an offer.

Thanks. Good info for general considerations.
I want to understand the actual numbers and a existing Rover employees experiences. How much they issue, the frequency in which they issue, the strike price. This is internal info that only an employee would know.
Did you get an answer?
