160k+benefits for Software engineer position,is this a good offer?
Will say that I just joined and it is a fantastic firm - really strong leadership and culture
hey a recruiter is trying to get me to interview there but i know nothing of this company. how does it compare to other financial companies like JPMG or GS? whats the culture like? work/life balance etc?
$160K is low for a SWE and you’re in the IT org, not CTO (Software Engineering org). Food for thought for next Software Engineer gig.
