Apple PhD New Grad Offer

Hi,  Please evaluate my Apple PhD new grad offer for a ML role, getting the ICT3 band. Base: 165k RSU (over 4 years): 284k Sign on: 10k Location: Cupertino Current TC: 33k (PhD student) Any tips for negotiation will be appreciated, and how much in each bucket (base/RSU/sign on) should be good to ask?

This looks like extreme lowball. Aim for base 200, sign on 50k, RSU 450k. A new grad PhD in ML should be close to 300K TC

Congratulations on getting an offer. A friend's son who graduated from Wharton last May is still looking. You have the most leverage in asking for a higher sign on bonus. TC is lower now because so many people are looking.
