Product role at At Kearney

Hello all, Need advice I have been offered a role at AT Kearney, for a program/product role to help build their in house team to help their consultants. Worth a shot? I have no product background so hoping this will help me streamline my career. Supply chain background, with past 4+ years in consulting at Big 4.
