Was working for EPAM. My advice - run. Bodyshop at it's purest. Low salaries, shitty legacy projects, 99% leave company after obtaining US visa. Can't say for Seattle but in the bay area the highest number that I've heard was 150k for TeamLead with 12 YOE.

Epam is not a good place to work. You'll be working for someone else and they will just collect part of your paycheck from that employer. Seattle has many more great opportunities. The only reason to work at Epam is to get a green card. Although it still might be better than T-Mobile

Find another company, EPAM is a bodyshop. They just sell you, no bonuses, and for HULU you will be just one more noname contractor. In the best case your TC will be 120k. So if you do not need a green card, just run.

I completely agree with this

been there a year. One year too long. Low tc, work is ok, but depends on manager. Could be a good springboard for someone, as you might end up working with a good client.
