If you receive an offer from JFrog, thank long and hard if this is your right company. While the culture presents itself as inviting and open internally, there is a lack of transparency, repression of anyone willing to question, and micromanagement that borders elementary school. One example is everyone must be on camera at all times during meetings.
That’s pretty standard expectation in an all remote company. It’s basic common courtesy. If you’re going to invest the time to be in a meeting on zoom at least do everyone else the common courtesy to be present.
It's not common in remote companies during all-hands with hundreds of people to be on camera. The CEO's admin will send pings/ or text to turn your camera back on.
