Received verbal offers for SWE role from Vmware, Adobe, Bill.com, Ebay. TC is almost same for all. (around 150K for SWE I) Which company has great culture? Which company layoff people often? Which company is good in terms of Job security? #vmware @Bill.com #adobe #ebay

Adobe has great WLB, almost no layoffs, pretty secure. Culture is ok, there are some teams pushing the envelope, but most folks are rest-and-vest

WLB is chill at eBay unless payments org, if you’re that type of person where there are other things in life than work and promotion, then eBay is good
