Does HCL files for green card? Will they be able to give better compensation than cognizant?
Hell no .. Hcl is very weak in immigration and mostly audit is default for them .. donβt join Hcl
HCLTech does file for GC. Salaries that depend on how well you negotiate at joining. HCLTech is a poor pay master but if the role is critical they will go to any extend. So itβs your luck
