New grads getting what u got. Unless it's AI or ML but even then I doubt it. Your offer is really good dude

I got a slightly higher offer in the new grad role (but I had experience). Anything under 3 YOE, they usually tell you to apply to new grad role. My offer was 190k base, 40k yearly. Did you get any sign on?

As far as I know, I would have been doing the boot camp training they have for new grads and then they decide your team after that
