I got an offer from Viasat at 115k as a SWE in the Tampa FL. location with 15000$ RSU over 4 years, and I was wondering how much I can negotiate up to? US citizen if it matters. I have 0 YOE, but I am going to graduate with a masters in CS. Edit: negotiated a 15k sign on, nothing else though. TC: 0 YOE: 0 Edit: got rescinded lol #viasat #software #swe
