Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) vs. Chime

Since Fintech is growing, there are a lot of positions opening in this sector. I was contacted by Chime and SVB. I wanted to know any thoughts on these two companies if anyone is willing to share. i.e. would you want to work in Fintech; what are your thoughts about copanies stated above TC 140k
