Hey folks, Just wondering how’s the compensation is structured in KLA. Current (base/rsu/bonus): 136K/40K/20K Background:ME with MS+6yoe TC 175+/-10k depending on bonus payout and stock price. RSU fully vested. Thanks. #kla #klatencor
About the same.. based on what I know from few friends working there.
Depends on the level, but roughly similar. Base a little higher, no rsu, bonus can be higher if you include LTI

Why would one want to join KLA? That too for similar pay? Try Apple, waymo, cruise automation, Rivian research and other such similar companies. Except Apple and waymo others are not pay you more. Better off getting a 10-15% raise compared to current TC. KLA doesn’t give any RSU and benefits steadily disappearing over past 20 years.
Not much growth in kla in terms of career or salary later.. try other companies if possible. If no other options, take it..

Are they really providing RSUs to system engineers? I heard that its just for Executives..
I was offered RSUs for a systems engineering role about one year ago. $32k over three years
