Marqeta hiring freeze
Does any have any idea when Marqeta bring freeze would get over? I’m interested in firm and after the latest acquisition it looks a bit more promising. Recruiter has reached out but said currently no roles are open due to the freeze. It would be a great help if someone can provide a credible insight. Check the glassdoor reviews and ignore those HR written positive reviews and you can get a good picture: Pros: good business model and competitors haven't fully caught up (but in the process of catching up) Cons: tons of politics, Nepotism, horrible execution and chaos across different organizations. That is why a lot of top talent departure even in this job market. Now the team is a mix of ass kisses, horrible managers and some good employees.

I doubt it will get lifted before the end of year except for super high priority back fills
Q3 with some before that for backfill
Marqeta has shed many employees through standard attrition and pip, and it doesn't look like any of them will be backfilled.
