Snap Interview Process
Hi - question for those of you who have interviewed with snap. Had a phone call followed by video screening / interview with hiring manager. How long after these calls can I expect an answer regarding an on site follow up or offer? Curious Background: coming from marketing world - non-engineering role
I had a phone screen, heard I was invited to an on-site the following day. The on-site was scheduled for the following week, and I heard they were extending an offer the next day. My timeline was accelerated though because they knew I had other offers on the table that I had been delaying. I think it might have taken a couple days under normal circumstances. Also SWE.
Interesting - has been about a week for me, would you recommend I wait it out or email recruiter for an update?
I’d probably send an email. Things might be delayed due to the upcoming holiday.
