1. 50% match many companies provide including msft 2. I don't use so no idea 3. Therapy only 12 sessions are free. Rest are charged. 4. 1/3 cost is covered for very frew things. It's not as relaxed as it used to be. Managers are now denying hallpass for many things. 5. There are nuances to this. If you are in team with 24*7 or no SRE support , only in those cases oncall is paid. But nonetheless decent benefit 6. Restaurant quality good, my as*. There is no taste and is mostly made from cheap pantry quality ingredients.
NYC and LA food is surprisingly decent. But agreed, all of the food is chronically undersalted
