Isn’t that his point? Their HR sucks so asking them why they suck when they don’t answer won’t help. 99% of Blind is complaining like this. Get used to it.

I hear you. It can be very frustrating, but here are some options that worked for me as I know the team is scaling and supporting 800 other employees. Depending on your question, you can Slack to Spoke, email People Team, schedule 1:1 with HR Business Partners or CPO (Check Namely), or you could even check the employee handbook if it’s related to benefits. I'm pretty sure up until a few months ago, the HR team was a total of three people supporting a global team of 600+. I have had some good opportunities to meet the team recently and I shared concerns. They are aware and actively hiring to support our crazy growth. Just tell them directly
How does one tell them directly? I've emailed them multiple times and no one replies
