new grad here from a 3-year CRNA program and got an offer at a public hospital in New Brunswick. 240k, 105k sign-on (must stay for 1 year) full medical/dental/vision benefits and life insurance malpractice covered by hospital 15k relocation 15% guaranteed yearly bonus 35 PTO days and federal holidays, 7 sick days conference/educational stipend free parking, free meal cards for 7-hour shifts 8% 401k match and PSP Is this good enough? I'm not interviewing but I'm getting recruiters emailing me job opportunities from around the country.
