Ascension Digital Studio

Hi everyone, Wanted to see if anyone knows about the work environment in Ascension’s Digital Studio. I like what I have been reading about how it is basically a startup within ascension and working with good tech stacks but am concerned about Glassdoor reviews saying they are sending everything in IT to India. TC $140k
