It's a pretty nice offer. At Lockheed you won't get the highest salary, but you can learn an incredible amount there if you are trying. There isn't really any pressure at Lockheed and the work/life balance is great. If anything stay for a year or two and get some experience, and grind your useless leetcode skills and move on for a premier salary if that's what you want. I know many people who have done this on my team and went on to every FAANG and many other places

Dallas dev here. Good base for 0 yoe in this market. If you had gone to a bank maybe 10k to 20k more but that's about it
Ya I wish, without any past exp during this market is rough. But I have not seen LM give over 90k base yet, is this the max they go ?
