Digital PM vs Enterprise PM - where should I go ?
Currently working as a PM for internal product. Want to become a digital PM (B2C). In the mean time, I got offered to interview with a fast growing company in an enterprise PM role(B2B). Should I stick with passion to find the Digital PM role or take up the enterprise PM role in the fast growth company ? Its tough when a good chance comes by - even though you are searching for something different.
Take up the Enterprise one with the fast growing company. Chances are you'll end up working & growing quickly with the company. Then go pursue your passion! Or if you don't like the new role then jump ship soon. This way atleast you won't just be seen as an Internal Tools/Products guy or gal when you interview for B2C roles.
