How come NASA chose bcg x to develop their AI solutions?

Feels like Accenture, Deloitte, or Slalom has more experience in tech augmentation, or if they want to stick with the MBB’s— McKinsey has more experience in AI with their quantum black arm than bcg does…? Also the filtered images of themselves in spacesuits the bcg x employees are posting on LinkedIn are so cheugy.
