Does Zoho hire employees who have taken a gap of 1 year or one and half years after graduation/inbetween job change? What's the interview process like for lateral hires with 4+yrs of experience,is it similar to fresher?
Yes zoho will hire , all you need to do is clear the interview round which is same as freshers interview.
