Toyota Connected North America experiences?
I'm interviewing at TCNA for a position there. Curious if anyone works there and willing to share their opinion. I'm more worried about WLB and culture than TC and everything I've read online seems to suggest it's great for both. I've seen a few posts here about Toyota, but they seem to be able the car company and not the Toyota Connected sister company.
TCNA culture and WLB is not something you will need to worry about here. DM for more.
Good WLB and the execs are very transparent and approachable.
The work life balance is incredible! They don’t even mind if you do 32 hour weeks! and I think the sister company is really start up like! I work with them all the time! I think the culture is great and it really is what you make of it. Try to join a connect group if you can. I don’t think it’s great for TC though depending on your level if you’re an individual contributor instead of a manager. Especially with no stock package. And the performance based rates. But I still think it’s incredible! Especially the office in Dallas
Woah what? You can have Fridays off forever with no hit to your TC? Also can you speak to what their vehicle related perks were like? I read somewhere that someone can lease a brand new car up to like 50k or something and pay 0 out of pocket?
