Are the recruiters generally super slow moving? I’ve been doing loops since a month and they have been so god damn slow.

Why on earth would someone leave Meta for Walmart is beyond my comprehension. I can understand if you 'have to' leave Meta, but why would you choose to come to Walmart?
What takes them so long ? Is it decision making or generally a slow company
Depends on team and in general really what’s going on. If it’s taking so long chances are your req is likely being recalibrated and we are going through our next year planning currently. So all headcounts are up for discussion
