Favor Salary and Culture
How’s working at Favor Delivery? Any insight with salary expectations for maybe a sr analyst role in Austin? What’s the culture and work environment like? I’ve honestly never heard of the company so want to start interviews with some expectations.
Culture and work-life balance are great. Lots of autonomy in most roles. Once you're in, any changes in salary are very difficult to negotiate, so if you are given an offer I recommend being very aggressive and honest with your expectations. It's much easier to negotiate a higher salary when you start than to try to move up after you've locked in your comp.

I second the salary comment. Negotiate up front. They barely bump salaries once you’re in.

Interviewed there about 2 years ago. The interviewers asked some odd questions and were really assertive about their answers over mine. Afterwards, they emailed me with an assignment. Overall, a very odd experience but seemed like an okay place 🤷🏻♂️
