I am just trying to push my limits to see how far I can go physically and mentally in achieving it. I feel I will get fit over the process that may boost my self confidence and improve my endurance to pain. I will start going to gym in a month but till then I try Athelen X by Jeff's app to train on 6 pack promise at home like a 5-10 mins a day. But I will increase the intensity gradually. I watch my food but I don't eat a lot. What should I avoid eating? What should I be eating? I don't eat pork, beef or sea food other than fish. Is eating protein bars okay?
H/BW/YoE or GTFO
Get his AX1 program and combine that with his new Abs program. Both are paid. And all your questions are answered on his YouTube channel. I followed that and got it. Like the first comment said, getting there is easy. But staying that way is incredibly hard. I lost it in a week.
Just eat keto, and cut body fat you lose weight from top down and bottom up so getting the midsection exposed takes time.
Eat nothing. Next best thing is eating less. Eat a lot of low cal food to feel full. Water, coffee, non starchy veggies. Continue for 6 months. Don't drink beyond a couple a week. No unnecessary sugar. Don't spike your blood sugar for that stuff. Stay full.
Also lots (90 min sessions or more) of cardio while eating nothing. Train for half marathon or full if you are already in shape, bike instead if you hate running
You sound like a fitness beginner, is that the case? Jeff is great, but it looks like his program is pertaining to building ab muscles. Keep in mind that getting a six pack has much less to do with building muscle mass in your mid section and more to do with getting to really low body fat percentage. You are better off working out your whole body and building muscle overall to create a physique than focus on just abs for a whole month. 1. Abs are about low body fat first 2. Abs on a skinny body does not look good. 3. You will find that the journey to build a 6 pack turns out to be a holistic journey of the entire body. The 6 pack will arise from the burnt ashes of your body fat when you are truly ready.
I just started running everyday. I do 2-3 miles 7 days a week, and have for the last 5 years or so. It was a drag at first but now it’s really my favorite part of my day. I didn’t make significant changes to my diet, but my diet was pretty healthy to begin with.
TC worked for me
Everybody has a six pack, most is buried in fat and water. You take care of the fat, and the rest is dehydration.
I found it harder to maintain it than getting it.
What was stopping you?
Too much routine, too much focus on eating and too much discipline. Kinda stopped enjoying life for the shirtless look alone
